Enabling Voice Instructions
On the map home screen, tap the voice navigation button.
Based on the status, one of these scenarios will occur:
Voice instructions enabled: Instructions are active with no further notifications.
Voice selection menu: A menu opens where you can select your preferred voice type. If Google Text-to-Speech available, you can select this option (requires an internet connection).
Error notice: If an error appears and navigation is silent, you must install or update your phone's Text-to-Speech app.
System Language & TTS Settings
Voice instructions follow the language settings of your phone. To adjust this:
Open your phone's Settings.
Select Language and input (or Settings -> General/System).
Navigate to Text-to-speech output.
Select the preferred module and ensure Use system language is active.
