How to delete your account

If you decide to stop using the Cyclers app, you can delete your account directly within the app settings or by contacting us via email. Please note that deleting your account will not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Deleting your account within the app

  1. Open the Cyclers app.

  2. Go to the My profile section.

  3. Tap the Delete account option and confirm your choice.

Deleting your account after uninstalling the app

If you have already uninstalled the app from your phone, please send an email to [email protected] with your deletion request, and we will remove your account without undue delay, and no later than 1 month from receiving your request.

Important notice (Subscription)

Simply uninstalling the app or deleting your Cyclers account will not cancel your Plus subscription. If you have an active auto-renewal, you must cancel it directly in the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iOS) to avoid further charges.

    All your tracked routes, ride history, and personal details will be permanently removed from our servers without the possibility of recovery.

  • Why was I charged after deleting my account?

    Subscriptions are handled directly by Apple and Google. To stop payments, you must cancel the subscription manually within your Apple ID or Google Account settings.
