Why is the trajectory of my tracked ride straight?

One of the reasons can be that your mobile phone closed the app that was running in the background to increase battery life. Check the settings of your phones and allow Cyclers app to run in the background. 


The other reason can be that you lost your internet connection during your ride. Once you connect to the internet again the app will synchronize with the server and update all your ride information. There might be slight inconsistencies with your actual tracked ride.
