Forgot my password

Depending on the way you log in to the application, follow the steps below:

Email

If you forgot your password and you use your email to log in follow these steps. First, select Sign in and write your email address. In the next step choose “Trouble signing in”. Your email will be automatically filled in for the next step. Check it and click on the green button “Send”. You will receive instructions via email describing how to reset your password.

Android

In the Android operating system, sign-in is enabled with a Google account. You need to know the password to your Google account (your device most likely remembers it).

iOS

When using iOS, you need a password only when signed in with a different email account than Google. To reset your password you need to click on the "Forgot my password" button under the password field on the sign-in page.
You will receive a link and instructions on how to proceed in your email box.
