I forgot my password. What should I do?

These instructions apply to users who registered with the Cyclers app using an email address and password. If you use Apple, Google, or Facebook, Cyclers does not manage your password, and it must be reset in that account's settings (e.g., Google settings).
1. Open the app and select Sign in.
2. Select Sign in with email.
3. Enter your email address and click Sign in.
4. On the password entry screen, click Trouble signing in?
5. Enter your email address again and click Send.
6. Instructions for setting a new password will be sent to your email.

- I didn't receive the password reset email.
Check your spam or junk folder. Also, ensure that you entered the exact email address you used for registration.
- I don't see the "Trouble signing in" button.
This option appears only after entering your email address during the email sign-in step.
