Problems with Plus subscription activation

If your Plus features are still locked after a successful purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and enclose your payment receipt. We will investigate the issue and activate your Plus subscription manually as quickly as possible.

Note: for Google Play Store receipts, we primarily need the order IDs that start with the letters 'GPA'.

  • When will my Plus subscription be activated?

Your subscription should normally activate instantly upon payment. If there is any problem with the activation, we will manually activate your subscription as soon as possible after receiving your support request and a valid proof of purchase or an order ID.

  • Where can I find my order ID (GPA)?

You can find the GPA order ID in the confirmation email you received from Google Play Store or in your Google Pay account history.
