Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Can I use Cyclers in a country that is not on this list?

Currently, our routing engine and maps are strictly optimised for the regions listed above. If you travel to an unsupported country, map data, route generation, and turn-by-turn navigation will not function properly.

  • Are you planning to add more countries?

Yes! We are constantly processing new geographic and terrain data. We plan to gradually roll out support for additional countries in future updates. If you have a specific country request, let us know via Get Help > Send us a message > Feedback or New Feature.

  • Is the Baiker AI planner available in all these countries?

No. While the standard Cyclers planner works in all the countries listed above, the current beta version of Baiker is rolling out in phases and is available only on Android devices across Europe and the United States.
