How to edit your route

Summary

You can customise your suggested route using drawing tools, by adding specific waypoints, or by extending the total distance of an A-to-B trip. Please note that once a route is saved, it can no longer be edited.

Step-by-step instructions

Currently, you can edit your route in three ways. Choose the one most suitable to your preferences:

Option 1: Drawing on the map

  1. Look for the pen icon on the route planning screen.

  2. Draw the desired changes directly onto the map.

  3. Free users can draw changes up to three times per route; unlimited drawing is available for Plus subscribers.

Option 2: Adding waypoints

  1. Return to the main planning screen.

  2. Add waypoints to specify particular places you would like to pass through.

Option 3: Extending an A-to-B route

  1. This option is available specifically for A-to-B routes.

  2. Set how many additional kilometres you want to ride towards your final destination.

  3. Note: Only Plus users can enter any custom distance. Free users may have limited preset options.

  4. The planner will suggest a longer version of your trip based on this input.
