Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Why didn't my route recalculate when I took a wrong turn?
Automatic rerouting requires an active internet connection. If you are offline, the navigation will not automatically return you to the original route.
- Will I see the map in a forest where there is no signal?
Yes, but only in areas you have previously viewed in the app while connected to the internet.
- Will I lose my ride data if the internet goes off during my trip?
No. GPS recording occurs independently of data. Your ride will automatically synchronise with your profile once the connection is restored.
