The confusion between left and right is often related to the route direction. Please ensure that you are following the correct direction of the planned route.
Depending on where you are in the planning or navigation process, you can change the route direction in three ways:
A) When planning an A-to-B route (swapping start and destination)
When setting up a new route from point A to point B, you can easily swap the start location and destination before generating the path.
In the route planner, tap the Swap icon (two arrows pointing in opposite directions) next to your start and destination fields.
The start and end points will instantly switch places.
B) When editing a proposed route in the Planner (before saving)
If you generated a route or an automatically suggested loop and want to reverse its direction before saving or starting:
In the route preview/planner screen, tap the Reverse route icon (the two adjacent arrows — one pointing up and the other pointing down).
The direction of travel along the route will flip immediately.
C) During active navigation
If you realise you are already riding the route in reverse while navigating:
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the navigation menu options.
Tap Edit route.
Tap the Reverse route icon (the two adjacent arrows — one pointing up and the other pointing down).
The turn-by-turn instructions will automatically adjust to match your actual direction of travel.
