Step-by-step instructions

iOS

1. Go to My profile (Můj profil).

2. Tap on Contact us.

3. Let us know that your Plus subscription has not been activated.

4. Attach your payment receipt from the App Store.

 

Android

1. Go to My profile.

2. Tap on Contact us.

3. Let us know that your Plus subscription has not been activated.

4. Attach your payment receipt from the Google Play Store.

   - Note: We primarily need the order ID starting with the letters GPA.
