I have a new phone but I can not access my Plus account. What should I do?

If you have started using a new phone and haven´t changed your email address, there should not be a 
problem with accessing your Plus subscription. Your subscription is still active under you email address that you used when purchasing your subscription. 

1. Please make sure first which email address are you using.

2. If you forgot your password please check the “Forgot my password” section of our Help Center.

3. If you are still having problems accessing your account please contact us at the email address:  
    info@urbancyclers.com and we will be happy to help you!
